October Meeting – October 19 with Pat Luke

October Meeting – Wednesday, October 19, 2016  Reservations are required
Pat Luke
One Light, Two Light, Red Light, Blue LightScreen Shot 2016-10-03 at 10.11.01 PMUsing live demos, Pat shows everything from simple one light setups that can be used to mimic natural, repeatable daylight conditions, to two, three, and four light setups that will add drama and impact to your images and set them apart from those photographers that can’t …. or won’t …. use lighting to their advantage.

Screen Shot 2016-10-03 at 10.10.44 PMBIO
Patrick Luke of Luke Photography has 30 years of experience, of which the first 23 years were as a part-time photographer, while working as an environmental engineer and in the photography industry at Kodak and Fujifilm. In May 2010, left “Corporate America” and become a full-time photographer.

Patrick first started photographing weddings in 1986 and in 2005, he chose to re-focus his attention on portraiture, where he felt he could take more time and be more creative with lighting.

He opened his first full-time commercial studio in 2010 and now concentrates on portraiture (HS Seniors, families, and editorial) and commercial photography.

He attained the Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) certification in 2009, and the Photographic Craftsman degree (Cr. Photog.) in 2012. He is a member of PPA and is currently the President of PPSNYS (2016-2017).
